All owners who have not submitted copy of tenant's verification form are hereby once again requested to submit the same immediately.

Each owner is legally bound to get the tenant's verification from the police department on prescribed form.

Tenant's verification form can be obtained from gate staff or from the office.

Welcome to The Sarv Mangal Co-Coperative House Building Society Ltd.

The Sarv Mangal Co-operative Housing Building Society Limited, Zirakpur was registered in the year 1991. Later on, in the year 1996-1997, more members were added in the society. As earlier members were having there plot, near laguna banquet hall falls in village Kishangarh, Zirakpur. The Executive committee at that time searched a land in Lohgarh Road for its new members. After completing all formalities and this project was approved by the Competent Authorities. To remove the confusion between old members and their land Housing project was divided in two names i.e. Sarv Mangal Society Phase-1(Behind Bikaner Sweet, Zirakpur), Sarv Mangal Society Phase-2 situated on Lohgarh Road, opposite Municipal Park. There are 43 members of phase-1 and 150 members in phase-2.There are few societies in this area having independent houses.

Rules & Regulations

  • Drive slowly in the Society complex to avoid Accident.
  • Blow Horn while crossing blind turn.
  • Letting-out of accommodation as "PG" is not allowed in the Society.
  • Before renting accommodation, please provide information of the Tenant and KYC documents to the Society.
  • Each owner is required to give information of their tenant's and servant to the "Police Department for verification".
  • Deposit your Maintenance and Tenancy Charges regularly.
  • Don't use fresh water in the morning hours for Plantation and Washing of Vehicles. Use "stored tank water" for plantation etc. This will outflow hot stored water from tank and shall inflow fresh water in tank.
  • Use of "Motor Pump" is not allowed on direct water supply line, if installed please remove.
  • Use Society's sticker on Vehicles for security and to save your time.
  • Don't use SWINGS those are meant for use of children only.
  • Keep park & greenbelt clean. Use dust bin for garbage.
  • Don't use society's taps and pipes for private gardening/construction etc.
  •  No letting of Accommodation or any portion for Commercial use. 
  • Park your vehicles in a proper manner to avoid obstruction to other vehicles.
  • Don't put construction material on the road and Keep your nearby clean
